Thieves stole a laptop computer, a GPS device, a cell phone, cash and a wallet with a total value of $2,039 from an Alpharetta man's unlocked car between 11:30 a.m. Saturday and 12:40 p.m. Sunday while it was parked in the 300 block of Oconee Street, Athens-Clarke police said.
