Sanyo Tuner Industries Co. Ltd. has opted to use Fresco Microchip Inc.'s FM1162 in its tuners in 2011. Sanyo, which is using the FM1150 in its designs, said its latest tuners "will enable SANYO to grow our share in the North America market and expand into new regions in 2011."
