South Korean conglomerate Samsung Electronics Co., said a city 70 miles south of Seoul, could be the home of its next semiconductor plant. The firm said it had plans to sign preliminary agreements with officials in Pyeongtaek for construction of a new plant, Yonhap News agency reported Saturday.
