OSAKA (Kyodo) Sanyo Electric Co. said Thursday it will sell all outstanding shares in wholly owned motor manufacturing subsidiary Sanyo Seimitsu Co. to Nidec Corp. in a deal believed to be worth ¥7 billion. The sale of the precision motor maker, based in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture, is scheduled to be completed April 1, Sanyo Electric said.
